Our firm is looking for a diligent and detail-oriented individual to coordinate patient care.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

1. Scheduling medical appointments for clients.
2. Arranging transportation for clients to and from their medical appointments.
3. Communicating with medical findings companies and other entities involved in client representation.
4. Acquiring updated medical bills and records at periodic intervals.
5. Providing a high-caliber customer service experience to clients during the medical treatment phase of their case.
6. Updating all case management systems with notes and prospective appointments for clients, along with providing demand support.
