Hiring Test Analyst - Contract Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Excellence: Deliver against operational and cost targets.
2. Resource Management: Prioritise resource allocation to minimise and reduce wastage.
3. Cost Monitoring: Monitor costs for the financial year according to the operational plan.
4. Expenditure Approval: Allocate and approve expenditure.
5. Budget Analysis: Review cost reports and resolve or explain variances to the budget.
6. Risk Management: Identify, control, and escalate potential risks that may lead to increased costs.
7. Cost Efficiency: Manage costs or expenses within the approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.
8. Relationship Building: Build relationships that allow for managing expectations, sharing knowledge, and creating buy-in.
9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage in cross-functional relationships to obtain and provide work support.
10. Customer Experience: Deliver customer experience excellence aligned with organisational values and service standards.
11. Professional Relationships: Build long-term relationships with customers based on trust that builds the brand.
12. Customer Understanding: Collect and interrogate information and feedback to ensure full understanding of customer needs to deliver quality service.

14. Test Case Design: Create design steps from test cases in the Quality Centre.
15. System Validation: Execute system validation plans (new function) and liaise with Business Analysts and technical teams to compile test scripts.
16. Test Execution: Execute all test activities for allocated projects.
17. Project Coordination: Coordinate and execute all allocated test activities for projects.
18. Test Plan Preparation: Prepare and submit test plans for sign-off.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in test analysis and quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Quality Centre and test script compilation.
