Job description

Job Purpose

Ensure that all customer project implementations are delivered within the committed time frames.

Facilitate and drive all the necessary end-to-end requirements for successful project implementation.

The incumbent will work with internal and external teams, including Internal Sales, Suppliers, Customers, Support, and the Installs team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Critical Outputs:

  1. Plan and implement the project according to customer specifications.
  2. Coordinate and brief the team members involved in completing the project.
  3. Ensure that the project is run within the agreed budget and guidelines.
  4. Track and monitor the project, identifying any deviations from the plan.
  5. Report on the project at all stages and update clients accordingly.
  6. Evaluate the project upon completion and report findings.
  7. Monitor the project to ensure it meets set guidelines and delivers quality work.
  8. Initiate work and follow through until completion.
  9. Discuss project progress with stakeholders, senior officials, and clients.
  10. Update all project-related information onto the business database (SOC / SNOW / Google Drive) daily.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
  • Grade 12 certificate.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of Operations / Project Management experience.
  • Exposure to an ISP / ICT / Telecoms environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Customer-oriented and a self-starter with attention to detail.
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
  • Effective time management skills, capable of working under pressure within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation) and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, decisive, adaptable to change, and able to handle competing demands.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
