A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Contract Manager with a strong background in contract management. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a relevant bachelor's degree. This role involves strategic contract development, risk assessment, and compliance management to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Candidates should be South African residents or willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
Non-negotiable qualifications and experience required:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management or a similar role, preferably in a complex organizational environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret and draft complex legal documents and contracts.
Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with contract management software and tools, along with strong skills in MS Office Suite.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This role requires strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail in managing agreements and partnerships.
Contract Development and Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify and address contractual risks, providing solutions and recommendations to stakeholders for effective risk management.
Compliance Management: Ensure that all contracts adhere to local, national, and international regulations, as well as company policies and standards.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze contract performance metrics, ensuring that deliverables and obligations are met by all parties.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, facilitate contract execution, and promote strong working relationships.
