Requirements
  1. A 3-year Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration/Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, Development Studies, BCom, Financial Management, or any relevant Social Sciences qualification (NQF level 7 as recognized by SAQA).
  2. A valid driver’s license.
  3. 3-5 years’ experience providing administrative support to a Senior Manager.
  4. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Duties
  1. Provide effective administrative support to the office of the Deputy Director-General.
  2. Coordinate compliance matters of the branch.
  3. Manage and coordinate the operations and activities of the branch.
  4. Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the branch.
  5. Facilitate the implementation of decisions taken in branch meetings.
  6. Manage financial resources in the office of the Deputy Director-General.
