Job description

Job Purpose:

The bilingual (English & French) Customer Service Agent`s responsibility is to assist customers by resolving inquiries, providing accurate information, and delivering professional and efficient service at all times

NB: Please note that this is a night shift role.

Minimum requirements (Qualifications and Experience):

  • Grade 12/Matric.
  • 2+ years of work experience in an international call centre campaign.
  • Must Speak French and English Fluently
  • Willingness to work night shift.
  • Good written and verbal communication (neutral accent).
  • Knowledge of the function, process, and systems.
  • Knowledge of the function and process in a Call Centre Environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Advantageous).
  • Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines.
  • Relationship Management.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Accurately identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
  • Update and verify customer information, including contact details, account data, and service preferences.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Follow up on open customer issues and ensure timely resolution in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions using internal systems.
  • Meet daily productivity, quality, and service level targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Adhere to all compliance, quality, and regulatory guidelines in every interaction.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest process enhancements.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing prompt, accurate, and professional support
