Job Purpose:
The bilingual (English & French) Customer Service Agent`s responsibility is to assist customers by resolving inquiries, providing accurate information, and delivering professional and efficient service at all times
NB: Please note that this is a night shift role.
Minimum requirements (Qualifications and Experience):
- Grade 12/Matric.
- 2+ years of work experience in an international call centre campaign.
- Must Speak French and English Fluently
- Willingness to work night shift.
- Good written and verbal communication (neutral accent).
- Knowledge of the function, process, and systems.
- Knowledge of the function and process in a Call Centre Environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Advantageous).
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines.
- Relationship Management.
- Knowledge of relevant legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a courteous and professional manner.
- Accurately identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when necessary.
- Update and verify customer information, including contact details, account data, and service preferences.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Follow up on open customer issues and ensure timely resolution in line with company procedures.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions using internal systems.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and service level targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Adhere to all compliance, quality, and regulatory guidelines in every interaction.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest process enhancements.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing prompt, accurate, and professional support
