Overall Purpose of the Job: The main objective of the Customer Relationship Consultant is to manage and develop relationships with key accounts in order to increase revenue and drive business growth.

The Customer Relationship Consultant will serve as the main point of contact for key clients and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and guidance.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in key account management and sales.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
7. Willingness to travel as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement account strategies that align with the company's objectives.
3. Identify new sales opportunities within key accounts and ensure growth and profitability.
4. Prepare detailed proposals/quotes dependent on each consumer's requirements.
5. Assist with planning roadshows and marketing activations, ensuring visibility.
6. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance and sales forecasts.
7. Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
9. Travel to meet with key clients and attend industry events as needed.
