Applications are invited for a dynamic and experienced Middle School Teacher with a proven track record of teaching excellence, an understanding of the IEB standards, and a commitment to fostering a supportive and challenging learning environment for students

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

• Degree and PGCE or B.Education (specialized degree if teaching into a specialist subject)
• SACE certification and police clearance
• 5 years experience teaching the IEB curriculum at middle school level
• 5 years specialist subject teaching (Economic Management Sciences and Tourism)
• Computer literacy and ability to integrate IT suitably in teaching/learning

Key Performance Areas:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons following IEB curriculum and educational standards
• Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback and support
• Develop and implement lesson plans that adhere to the IEB guidelines and objectives
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and guardians about academic performance and areas for improvement
• Participate in school events, meetings, and committees as required
• Contribute to the school's culture of excellence, respect, and mutual support
