We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst for an exciting contract opportunity. You’ll be working at the intersection of business, technology, and strategy—helping to transform complex requirements into scalable and secure systems, especially in the payments space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define detailed business and technical requirements.
• Analyze payment systems, processes, and technologies to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Utilize both business and systems analysis skills to understand and document client business needs and technical architectures.
• Gather, analyze, and define current-state and future-state business processes through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Design robust, scalable solutions aligned with business goals, technical strategy, and system architecture.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify inefficiencies and design solutions that address business challenges and security needs.
• Lead and facilitate workshops and design sessions to elicit and validate requirements.
• Produce clear and comprehensive documentation of both existing and proposed solutions and processes.
• Provide risk-based recommendations and make sound independent decisions in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Partner with Project Managers and Product Owners to ensure timely, budget-conscious project delivery.
• Ensure all requirements-related issues are tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Take full ownership of the solution lifecycle—from gathering requirements to post-implementation support.
