This will involve planning, managing, and delivering brand awareness, customer acquisition, growth, reactivation, and retention strategies and campaigns to maximize revenue potential.
As the custodian of the hotel brand, the role will oversee all content deliverables, ensuring the brand is relevantly showcased across all customer and stakeholder platforms. Additionally, the Sales and Marketing Manager will handle Public Relations to positively position and promote the hotel's image and manage its brand reputation in the public domain.
The role also focuses on building a talented marketing team to support innovative hospitality marketing solutions in the future.
