Are you a driven recruiter with a passion for finding top talent in high-volume, fast-paced environments? We’re looking for a Recruiter fluent in French and English to join our talent team supporting global contact centre and BPO operations in the banking and financial services industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles and identify talent
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates using competency-based methods
  • Maintain recruitment systems and generate reports
  • Support compliance, background checks, and hiring documentation

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, with 1+ in BPO/contact centres
  • Fluent in French and English (required)
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Taleo)
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of hiring compliance and candidate screening
