A well-established and dynamic company is seeking an experienced and hands-on Accountant to join their Finance, Administration & HR department.

This multifaceted role involves a combination of accounting, payroll processing, compliance tasks, and HR-related functions.

Job Description :
  1. Daily processing of cash books, petty cash, bank reconciliations, and allocations
  2. Weekly reconciliation of attendance to ESS leave records
  3. Review and process payroll commissions
  4. Submit EMP and tax payments (x3 companies)
  5. Prepare onboarding documentation and employment contracts
  6. Administer pension, medical aid, group life contributions
  7. Reconcile and load payslips, IRP5s, UIF declarations
  8. Capture bank / bond statements, update asset register
  9. Prepare monthly management accounts (Retail)
  10. Submit IRP5, CIPC returns, Coida return, and tax clearances
Skills & Experience :
  • Strong proficiency in Sage VIP payroll
  • Experience in finance and HR admin functions
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Qualifications :
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
