As a UX Copywriter, you will shape the language users interact with, ensuring clarity, consistency, and ease of use across digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers, Service Designers, and product teams to craft microcopy, onboarding flows, tooltips, error messages, and other key touchpoints, transforming complex interactions into intuitive experiences.
Beyond writing, you will play a strategic role in content design, driving consistency across product squads, ensuring accessibility compliance, and championing user-first language that reduces friction and enhances usability. Your work will strengthen brand trust and make every digital interaction seamless.
