Windows Desktop Support + iPad Support Technician

Location: EDENVALE

This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operation of both Windows and iOS devices, and providing end-user support.

Responsibilities and Skills:
  1. Understanding and troubleshooting common iPad issues, including hardware problems, software glitches, app compatibility, and syncing with other devices.
  2. Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  3. Experience with device management tools, such as Apple Business Essentials.
  4. Familiarity with iPadOS and iOS updates.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  1. At least 2 years of experience in IT support or desktop support.
  2. CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent.
  3. Experience with Windows (10, 11) and macOS, including installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
  4. Experience with Active Directory, remote desktop tools, and ticketing systems.
  5. Knowledge of remote support tools such as TeamViewer and Remote Desktop.
