The Road Accident Fund's mission is to provide appropriate cover to all road users within South Africa; to rehabilitate and compensate persons injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents in a timely and caring manner; and to actively promote safe use of our roads.
Reporting to the Senior Manager: Business Analytics and Continuous Improvement, the successful incumbent is accountable for gathering, analyzing, and evaluating business requirements, user needs, and functions, using accredited methodologies and supporting software, with the objectives of improving business processes and procedures and automating processes and routing activities.
Bachelor's Degree / Advanced Diploma in relevant IT fields, with certifications in System Analysis and Design and ITIL (advantageous). 5-7 years' experience in requirements gathering, system analysis, and design environment.
Resilience, communication, stakeholder engagement, planning, decision-making, client service, change management, conflict management, critical thinking, policy conceptualization, risk management, project management, and knowledge of UML & tools like Rational.
