Job Description

The role involves leading and shaping the Business Unit's (BU) product, segment, sector, and coverage Brand and Marketing strategic priorities. This is achieved by partnering with business executive teams to design and recommend a global go-to-market strategy, understanding all products and segments to make informed decisions amidst competing priorities and trade-offs.

Qualifications
  • Type of Qualification: First Degree required
  • Field of Study: Business, Commerce, Marketing
Experience Required

Depending on the level:

  1. 1-2 years: Experience in integrated marketing and brand & marketing roles.
  2. 3-4 years: Experience working with large-scale B2B or B2C global organizations, leading marketing teams, managing budgets, and overseeing marketing projects from inception to reporting.
  3. 5-7 years: Experience using data and metrics to drive marketing improvements, demand and lead generation, account-based marketing campaigns, and product management experience could be advantageous.
