Job Summary

Partner with the business to provide financial advice and support aimed at increasing operational quality, through the execution of financial services according to standard procedures.

Responsibilities

1. Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
2. Monitor and promote behaviors that foster a service-oriented culture, build relationships, propose innovations, and enhance client service.
3. Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of the business's financial information systems.
4. Coordinate and oversee the budget preparation process, monitor variances, and support management in corrective actions.
5. Record, analyze, and manage costs and their drivers for decision-making.
6. Apply principles to accurately record, adjust, and reconcile financial transactions.
7. Maintain supporting documentation in compliance with financial standards.
8. Prepare and report on financial conditions and operations, managing reporting systems and processes.
9. Enhance productivity by planning resources efficiently and implementing process improvements.
10. Manage inter-system relationships to ensure effective project planning and delivery.

Candidate Requirements
