(Configuration Analyst | Hybrid | 3–5+ Yrs Exp)

️ What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

• Designing and prototyping config solutions from real business requirements
• Testing and debugging systems that are critical to daily operations
• Writing clear, reusable technical documentation (we said it—docs matter)
• Building config that doesn’t just pass QA—it makes the business faster
• Creating unit tests, refining environments, and handling change like a pro
• Working hand-in-hand with solution dev teams, analysts, and release managers
• Playing a key role in planning and impact analysis for roadmap items

You’re a Fit If You’ve Got:

• 3+ years of hands-on configuration experience
• Experience in agile teams under real delivery pressure
• Strong knowledge of business process flows
• Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, and enterprise standards
• Experience with tools like Team Foundation Server, Oracle, SQL Server, Microsoft Suite
• Ability to translate messy requirements into stable, scalable config
• A mindset that balances structure with speed—and knows when to say, “this isn’t ready yet”

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Degree or Diploma in Technology / Information Management
• Experience working across complex enterprise environments
• Bonus if you’ve ever had to manage release risks, config impacts, or rollback plans
