Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure that all customer queries are addressed within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) stipulated time frame.
  2. Achieve first-time fix rate and recall rate under the stipulated requirements.
  3. Maintain customer relationships.
  4. Be proactive on allocated calls.
  5. Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) procedures provided by the Field Service Manager (FSM).
  6. Maintain and manage sufficient stock, complete administration within specified time frames as per policies.
  7. Action and close new calls within customer Service Level Agreement and Mean Time to Respond / Mean to Complete.
  8. Provide technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting on Dell equipment.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
  1. Educational Qualifications: Matric qualification or equivalent, A+ N+ Qualification, Dell Certifications (advantageous), National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12 (Required).
  2. Mechanical Skills, Electronic Skills, Soldering Skills, Fault-finding techniques.
  3. At least 2 years of experience maintaining equipment in an IT environment.
  4. At least 2 years working on desktop equipment.
  5. Other Requirements: Good verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail, dedication to customers, flexibility, problem analysis skills, perseverance, self-development mindset.
