Join a caring team as a Receptionist and Administrator in a vibrant home environment. You'll support the Home Manager in various tasks, ensuring smooth operations while providing a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors. Your role includes event planning and basic finance activities, making a positive impact in our community.
You will support the Home Manager with a full range of reception, administrative, and basic finance activities to ensure the smooth operation of the home. As often the first point of contact for enquiries, you will demonstrate a professional and welcoming manner to all visitors, residents, and staff. You will be responsible for ensuring that visitors follow infection control rules, coordinating testing requirements, organizing couriers, and handling related administrative tasks.
Our homes are fun environments, and you will also assist with planning and managing events such as celebrating residents' milestone birthdays, fetes, employee presentations, or other activities coordinated by our Activities Coordinator.
