Your Role at Impact:

• The Global Billing Analyst collaborates with regional managers and interfaces professionally with clients and partners to resolve issues and negotiate solutions. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
• Responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant invoicing of global customers.
• Acts as a high-level client interface on billing issues, recommending and documenting process improvements to enhance self-service and client satisfaction. Familiar with all global billing procedures and manages financial transactions end-to-end.
• Works independently with professionalism and maintains high communication standards, both written and verbal.
• Reports to the Associate Manager, Billing Engine & Contracts Admin, based in South Africa.

What You'll Do:

Global Billing

• Ensure accurate and timely billing for all global advertisers as per service agreements.
• Capture data accurately in internal systems.
• Execute credit memos, manual invoices, and adjustments promptly.
• Address client finance tickets and queries efficiently.
• Support initiatives to improve billing processes for operational excellence.

Financial Reporting

• Handle audit requests and month-end/year-end reporting.
• Provide finance training and serve as a knowledge resource.

Key Outputs

• Manage finance tickets and queries from Cape Town.
• Process billing through internal systems and vendor platforms daily.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve billing issues.
• Respond promptly to customer requests.
• Manually invoice customers as needed.
• Refine and update process documentation regularly.
• Complete monthly reports and assist with financial setup and audits.
• Participate in training programs for finance and billing systems.

What You Have:

Billing & Collections Skills

• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Negotiation skills and flexibility to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of international tax is advantageous.

• Experience with global billing and regional management preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Netsuite, Jira, Google Suite, and Microsoft 365 advantageous.
• Degree in Accounting or Commerce.
