Our client is looking for a Junior Merchandiser / Junior Account Manager to join their dynamic team!

Our client is a key player in the manufacturing and wholesale industry, servicing both local and international markets. They work across various product categories and offer opportunities for growth in a fast-moving and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will support the full merchandise order cycle, from sampling to production. This includes managing new orders, amendments, bookings, and system inputs, while coordinating with multiple departments. The role offers exposure to both client service and operational functions. Travel to trade shows may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of merchandise orders
  • Handle new orders, order amendments, and booking processes
  • Ensure accurate data capture and tracking on Sync
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and design teams
  • Communicate order status and updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Support senior team members with account management tasks
  • Monitor production timelines and flag potential delays
  • Participate in planning meetings and production reviews
  • Assist in preparing samples for clients and internal reviews
  • Track and report on customer orders and delivery schedules
  • Maintain accurate records and update databases regularly
  • Attend trade shows as required
  • Provide administrative support across the merchandising function
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and client requirements

Requirements
