Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services within a hotel, restaurant, or event venue.
  2. Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food quality, and hygiene standards.
  4. Develop and manage budgets, including cost control and inventory management.
  5. Plan menus and ensure they meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.
  6. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and high-quality service.
  7. Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  8. Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  9. Develop marketing strategies to promote food and beverage services.
  10. Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  11. Ensure proper liquor control, including compliance with licensing laws.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management or related roles.
