Job description

We are seeking a highly capable network specialist to optimize IT network.

Responsibilities

1. Determine company needs and coordinate the development and maintenance of network infrastructures with the IT team.
2. Ensure secure and stable server connectivity and test network protocols.
3. Create internet domains and optimize intranet performance.
4. Test data exchange and communication between computers, routers, modems, and servers.
5. Install, update, and configure end-user networking accessories.
6. Monitor server capacity and performance to keep up with demand in online traffic.
7. Run diagnostic tests, perform repairs, and develop backup, archiving, and data retrieval procedures.
8. Train junior IT staff, prepare user manuals, and provide remote or onsite technical support.

Requirements

• Qualification in computer science, information science, or similar.
• Certified in CompTIA, Microsoft, CCNP, or Cisco network professional preferred.
• A minimum of two years' experience as a network specialist.
• Extensive knowledge of network connectivity, technologies, protocols, and security.
