Job description

The purpose of this role is to support the OOH production lead and assist clients by providing operational support throughout the end-to-end OOH production lifecycle of a campaign.

Job Description :
Key responsibilities :
  1. Develop and create chase lists and share with the production manager in a timely manner for final approval.
  2. Compile all approved site contracts and share with the planner.
  3. Manage all printing and flighting orders and quotes.
  4. Load and share purchase orders from Navision with suppliers.
  5. Chase and ensure creative materials are received promptly.
  6. Download and dispatch artwork.
  7. Ensure all creative materials are delivered to relevant partners.
  8. Compile and share creative material delivery reports with the production manager.
  9. Follow up on layouts and test prints, obtaining approval from the manager.
  10. Notify suppliers once layouts are approved.
  11. Chase all vendors for flighted images and verify the correctness of creative for static and digital sites.
  12. Complete all site bibles and share with relevant planners.
  13. Engage and maintain relationships across Media Operations and key partners across all Media brands.
  14. Complete all dentsu mandatory training and HR check-ins on time.
  15. Ensure timesheets are up to date monthly.
  16. Ensure KPIs are met.
