Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee import and export operations
• Coordinate with suppliers, shipping carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Ensure compliance with import and export regulations and documentation requirements
• Optimize supply chain processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency
• Monitor logistics performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for inventory forecasting and planning
• Negotiate contracts with logistics service providers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in import/export operations within the food and beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of regulations and documentation for import/export
• Experience working with shipping carriers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems
