Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, additional language proficiency is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer management software
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures in a fast-paced environment
