What You’ll Do

  • Engage with customers via chat, email, SMS, or phone to answer inquiries about products, orders, returns, and more.
  • Represent the brand’s tone, values, and personality in every customer interaction.
  • Troubleshoot order concerns, process returns and exchanges, and follow up promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide product recommendations and clear information to support confident purchases.
  • Document interactions and share insights to improve support and overall customer experience.
  • Communicate customer trends and recurring concerns to internal teams to help refine support strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year experience in e-commerce customer service, client support, or online order assistance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — warm, clear, and professional.
  • Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain empathy in high-volume environments.
  • Comfort working independently and remotely.
