Role

In this role, you will play a key part in developing and managing TSC’s resource capacity planning process, ensuring seamless coordination across teams. You’ll be based in our Dutch office (Halfweg, Amsterdam) while working closely with group staff functions, including the CFO, CHRO, and Business Process Manager, across the Netherlands and Germany. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and manage TSC’s resource capacity planning process, balancing strategic oversight and hands-on execution.
  • Implement validation processes to identify and mitigate potential gaps in resource allocation, onboarding, offboarding, and invoice milestone tracking.
  • Oversee and control weekly resource reporting, ensuring accurate and timely updates for the CFO.
  • Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and billability analysis to enhance resource utilization and financial planning.
  • Drive process automation, optimizing workflows and improving data accuracy for more efficient resource planning.
  • Act as the primary contact for the CFO on all resource planning-related matters.

Your profile

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to planning and organization.
  • 5+ years of experience in Resource Planning within a mid-level role.
  • Bachelor’s degree (HBO) or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in planning tools and methodologies, including GANTT, Workflow, SMART Sheet, MS Project, and MIRO; experience with TROI is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and prior experience working in an international company.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project planning, risk management, and partner engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage project delivery capacity in a high-demand environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities, with the agility to switch between tasks and align with multiple stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively across teams and departments.
  • Eligibility to work in the Netherlands and the ability to work from our Amsterdam (Halfweg) office at least 2 days per week.

Why us?

  • A 32 to 40 hour (hybrid) workweek.
  • A supportive and creative environment where your input is valued.
  • Opportunities to work across diverse teams and grow professionally.
  • A role that offers both ownership and collaboration in equal measure.
  • A competitive salary, with annual performance-based bonuses.
  • A solid pension plan and travel or public transport allowance.
  • 24 vacation days + 1 company holiday.
  • Compensation for remote work and phone subscriptions.
  • Fun company events, including a legendary yearly summer trip!
