Minimum 2 years experience in Pharmaceutical / Medical sales, as a Sales Rep.
Key Performance Areas:
Build and maintain relationships with customers.
Develop sales plans for the designated areas to achieve sales targets.
Compile monthly sales reports, by monitoring sales and customer analysis.
Follow up with Sales Manager on sales achieved.
Compile quarterly activity reports for presentation at the quarterly Marketing meeting.
Compile activity reports for input into the Marketing department, reporting to the Group Board.
Provide customer training and education.
Identify, co-ordinate and organise CME opportunities for the Information Centre.
Identify new sales and promotional opportunities to increase sales / awareness.
Develop a quarterly customer call plan.
Assist customers with queries / complaints and record on CRM system.
Organise the Group's attendance at Congresses by booking, and attending to all the necessary details; Attend Congresses as part of the promotions plan.
Product and Market Knowledge:
Keep abreast of trends, in terms of competitor activities, pricing, therapeutic trends, new products and diseases.
Provide feedback from Doctors, Nurses and patients, in terms of product design and suitability.
Executive Support to Head of Business Development:
Provide all the requested information, documents and data by agreed deadlines.
