• 2 years manufacturing environment experience as Technician or Artisan
• Experience in the textile industry (advantage)
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
• Assist maintenance teams with regular inspections, maintenance, and repair of production machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and automation issues; implement corrective actions
• Maintain maintenance logs and report issues to management or operations team
• Provide production support
• Implement process improvements
• Knowledge of quality assurance, quality control, and testing
• Ensure safety compliance
• Conduct reporting and data analysis
• Manage inventory effectively
