2 years manufacturing environment experience as Technician or Artisan

Experience in Textile Industry (advantage)

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles

Computer-aided Design (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), Excel Super User

Responsibilities:

1. Assist maintenance teams with regular inspections, maintenance, and repair of production machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and automation issues, and implement corrective actions.
3. Record maintenance logs and report issues to management or operations teams.
4. Provide production support, process improvement, quality control & testing, safety compliance, reporting & data analysis, inventory management, and energy management.
5. Apply mechanical and industrial engineering concepts to the textile industry.
6. Implement process optimization and cost reduction strategies.
