NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:

• EE Black Female candidate
• Relevant tertiary / Payroll qualification
• 10+ years’ Payroll experience, including 3+ years at Management level
• PAYSPACE experience essential – parameter level
• 3+ years’ Payroll Systems / Implementation / Interface experience
• Managed large weekly & monthly payrolls of 1,000+ employees
• Strong Payroll Tax & statutory submission knowledge
• Advanced Payroll reconciliations, journals & accounting experience
• Strong financial acumen and budget compilation/control
• Advanced MS Excel & MS Word
• Payspace report-writing skills
• Strong knowledge of LRA, BCEA, COIDA, POPIA, Income Tax, Bargaining Councils & Payroll legislation
• Experience managing Payroll teams, controls, capturing and reconciliation processes
• Code 08 (EB) Driver’s Licence
• Stable employment history and proven track record
