EduExcellence remedial schools assist learners in emotional and social development, sensory-motor integration as well as cognitive and academic achievement. Our unique approach is based on educational neuroscience and has been tested and proven over time. The TheraEd philosophy is one where we create a therapeutic educational environment where children feel safe and nurtured in order to learn and thrive.

We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as Skills Center Teacher for a small multigrade class. Start date: 22 July 2025

Requirements:

  • Valid SACE registration
  • Police Clearance
  • A remedial and/or therapeutic background will be advantageous as we follow a neurodevelopmental approach in addressing challenges with learning and behaviour. The applicant will be required to adhere to this approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement lessons using the dCAPS curriculum
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents and local community
  • Promote a safe, therapeutic and inclusive environment for students to thrive in
