Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the design, operation, and maintenance of utilities systems (steam, compressed air, HVAC, water treatment, refrigeration, etc.).
  2. Conduct performance assessments and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  3. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety standards, and sustainability objectives.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and project engineers.
  5. Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of mechanical and utilities-related failures.
  6. Support CAPEX projects from concept through to commissioning and implementation.
Minimum Requirements
  • BEng in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in utilities engineering within the Utilities industry.
  • Strong knowledge of energy efficiency, process optimization, and utility system performance improvement.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and engineering best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
