Job description

As a Trainer, you will be essential in the facilitation and delivery of T&D activities across our Client Servicing teams. You will report to the T&D Lead.

Your role in the Team

The T&D team manages all training and development activities for Client Servicing teams, including onboarding, APT, and TET milestones. Reporting to the T&D Lead, you will design, deliver, and manage T&D activities, handle administrative tasks, represent the department in meetings, and prepare reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver training sessions on onboarding, APT, and other topics.
2. Develop new training programs in collaboration with stakeholders.
3. Create and update training materials.
4. Manage the LMS and handle administrative tasks.
5. Participate in meetings, such as CMOM, and prepare reports as needed.
6. Support the T&D Lead in various activities.
