Streamline Operations, Build Smart Systems – Join TalentPop as an Automations Specialist (Operations Team)

TalentPop is one of the fastest-growing agencies in the e-commerce space, helping 650+ brands (like Core Power Yoga, Beyond Meat, and Jaxxon) streamline their operations and customer service through global talent. We're growing fast, and we’re looking for an Automations Specialist (Operations Specialist) to support our day-to-day operations and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

1. Work closely with different department leads to understand and enhance processes.
2. Document and refine SOPs when new processes are launched or existing ones need updating.
3. Build and manage automations using HubSpot Workflows and Zapier.
4. Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations to ensure reliability and efficiency.
5. Organize and maintain documentation of automations per department.
6. Offer onboarding and admin support within the Business Operations team.
7. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

1. At least 1 year of hands-on experience with HubSpot backend (automations, object/data management).
2. At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Zapier (creating and refining workflows).
3. Strong knowledge of Google Workspace—especially Google Sheets.
4. Curious and eager to learn new tools and improve processes.
5. Ability to break down complex processes and communicate clearly.
6. Comfortable managing multiple priorities across teams.

Bonus Points If You Have

1. Experience with Apollo.io or Instantly.ai.
2. Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
3. Great attention to detail, especially with data.
4. Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.

Technical Setup

1. A reliable desktop or laptop (minimum Ryzen 3 or Core i3 with 8GB RAM).
2. Stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps via LAN).
3. Backup internet connection (at least 5 Mbps).
4. Access to backup power or a backup location in case of outages.
