We are actively recruiting experienced residential sales agents to operate in Gordon’s Bay, Strand, Somerset West, and Stellenbosch. This is a commission-only, fully remote opportunity designed for self-motivated agents ready to take their business to the next level.

What You Will Do:

• Market and sell residential properties in your designated area
• Grow your market share through active prospecting and relationship-building
• Deliver professional service to clients, upholding the ERA Real Estate brand
• Operate independently while benefiting from a supportive, collaborative environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven success in residential property sales

• High levels of self-motivation, professionalism, and accountability
