A vacancy has arisen for a Ward Clerk position at Life Flora Hospital, within the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU).

The successful candidate will report to the Unit Manager, Dumay Joubert and will contribute to the optimal functioning of the nursing team through effective interdepartmental liaising, communication, and administrative support.

Critical Outputs
  • Ensure optimal service levels and strive to meet targets.
  • Execute non-nursing activities efficiently and promptly.
  • Attend scheduled meetings and in-service training.
  • Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety standards and protocols.
  • Be familiar with emergency plans and procedures.
  • Reduce medico-legal risks by correctly managing patient documentation.
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive demeanor within and outside the hospital.

Requirements
