1. Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles.
2. Explain car features, benefits, and specifications while arranging test drives.
3. Discuss pricing, financing options, trade-ins, and finalize sales agreements.
4. Ensure used cars are well-presented, clean, and ready for display.
5. Handle all necessary documentation, including contracts, financing applications, and warranties.
6. Follow up with customers, address concerns, and build long-term client relationships.
