Job Description

Analyze credit data to estimate the degree of risk in extending credit or lending money. Responsibilities include:

  1. Consulting with management to assist in corporate planning.
  2. Conducting credit assessments of salaried home loan applications.
  3. Adhering to negotiated service levels and turnaround times to support business strategy.
  4. Prioritizing and organizing workflow effectively.
  5. Being customer and results-driven.
  6. Making informed credit decisions.
  7. Assisting internal sales partners with credit decisions and application of credit policies.
  8. Building and maintaining relationships with internal business partners.
  9. Making credit decisions responsibly.
  10. Staying informed about market trends, processes, and credit policies.
  11. Facilitating and monitoring adherence to service guarantee times.
  12. Resolving credit issues and process challenges with payouts and other stakeholders.
  13. Escalating credit issues related to products, processes, or standards to management.
  14. Applying learning experiences to optimize work.
  15. Engaging in activities for personal development.
  16. Aligning customer service solutions with operational business plans.
  17. Developing and leveraging relationships with credit risk stakeholders.
  18. Contributing to cost efficiencies and teamwork.
  19. Ensuring operational excellence through quality standards.
