Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure that faulty equipment is repaired by suppliers according to service level agreements.
- To provide technical / desktop support to users at Campus, Regional Office and roaming users of Capitec Bank.
Job Requirements:
- A qualification in MCITP, MCSA or MCSE
- A relevant qualification in A+ and N+
- 3 years’ experience in providing on-site and telephonic technical support
- Vendor relationships and management
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- IT operational environment
- ‘Hands on” experience fixing technical equipment
- Client facing experience
- Basic knowledge of diagnostic principles and troubleshooting
- Banking environment
- 3+ yrs in a technical environment or operations environment
- Client relationship management practices and principles
- Knowledge related to Microsoft hardware and software technology
