Basic Purpose of the Role:
Maintain commercial excellence systems and processes such as CRM / Veeva to drive Sales Force Excellence.
Set up infrastructure and processes for collecting, processing, and maintaining data from various sources (Veeva, Sell-in, Sell-out, Valkre, stock levels).
Generate relevant reports combining different data sources to drive business decisions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Data Steward: Collect and process sales, market, and CRM data. Manage data quality and accuracy. Understand end-to-end data flows and identify data dependencies. Create and maintain sales report dashboards. Maintain Strategic Account Management Dashboards.
- CRM Support: Manage the Veeva CRM system database, including territory alignment for sales teams using tools like VEEVA Align. Assist with segmentation and targeting processes. Maintain the customer database in Veeva and identify data quality gaps. Maintain existing Veeva modules and roll out new modules, including Jira request management, testing, implementation, and user training.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing (Back-Up Support): Serve as the first point of contact and local tool owner for Veeva. Assist in creating training material for new modules and new joiners. Provide back-up support for onboarding new employees, especially in Veeva CRM.
- Technical Support: Support the sales team with Veeva technical issues, managing tickets with Business technical teams.
- Sell-Out Data Management: Reconcile wholesaler sales reports via Rapsody. Create and maintain sales dashboards and KPI tracking reports. Provide data for incentive calculations and payouts. Partner with regional and global teams to implement global tools.
- Analytical and Reporting: Report and interpret data, support the CE manager with dashboards. Track sales force activities, detailing, campaigns, KPIs, and coaching KPIs. Assist in realization tracking and incentive calculation. Prepare integrated analysis with various data sources for strategic decision-making.
- Regulatory and Organizational Requirements: Ensure compliance with SOPs, local regulations, ethical standards, and best practices.
Job Complexity:
Requires analytical thinking, strong data management skills, and reporting. Work within strict timelines, conduct gap and opportunity analysis, and provide solutions.
Interfaces:
Local: CE Manager, AH Head, Sales & Marketing Leads, Regulatory, Data teams, BI Shared services.
Regional/Global: Data management teams, BI Shared services, CE Team, GBS, MDM teams.
Job Expertise:
Good understanding of data flows, CRM management, and experience in Animal Health or Pharma industry is advantageous.
Minimum Education / Degree Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or equivalent, or 3-5 years experience in Sales data reporting and CRM.
