A leading judicial organization is seeking a Peer Training Specialist to provide onboarding and training for court employees. This role involves creating training plans, mentoring staff, and ensuring adherence to court processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in court systems. This position offers a salary range of $57,000 to $86,000, depending on experience.
RFull Time Salary Range : $57,000 - $86,000. This posting may be used to create a Talent Pool.

Summary of Job Classification : The Peer Training Specialist provides onboarding and localized training to court employees within their district. Additionally, the position is responsible for training-related projects and implementing statewide procedural changes when applicable.

The Peer Training Specialist position may office out of any of the three 14th District Court locations and will travel to provide onboarding and localized training to court employees within the district.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of experience in court processes and data management systems. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
Work-Related Experience: 2-3 years in court processes and data management; training employees preferred.
Licenses and Certifications: None required.
Physical Effort: Sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
Work Environment: Office or similar indoor environment, relatively free from hazards.
Exposures: Hostile or irate individuals, individuals with violent backgrounds.
