Qualifications and Experience
  • Master's in Business Administration, Public Administration, Policy, International Relations, or PhD from a top university with an excellent academic record
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience, including at least 2 years as a manager
  • Experience in developing country contexts is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Ability to present insights clearly and effectively in writing and orally
  • Teamwork and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Passion for international development and global issues
  • Experience working and living in diverse cultures; experience in developing countries preferred
  • Professionalism in engaging with senior officials in public/private sectors
  • Familiarity with data analysis, modelling, statistics, econometrics is a plus
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
