About Us

We are a multi-brand organization operating across the UK and South Africa, specializing in finance and recruitment sectors. Our in-house marketing team functions as a full-service agency, providing digital marketing support across our B2B brands.

About the Role

We seek a motivated and organized individual to join our marketing team in Cape Town, South Africa. This role involves outbound marketing support, executing email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, managing data scraping, lead list building, and prospect research to boost prospecting efforts. You will also support the broader marketing team administratively.

Responsibilities

  1. Data Collection & Research
  2. Identify potential leads from sources like LinkedIn, company websites, job boards, and directories.
  3. Extract and verify contact details such as emails, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles.
  4. Research company information including industry, size, and decision-makers.
  5. Organize data into spreadsheets or CRM tools.
  6. Clean and validate data for accuracy.
  7. Update missing information from online sources.
  1. Lead Qualification
  2. Categorize leads by industry, size, or interest.
  3. Use data scraping tools like Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Phantom Buster, etc.
  4. Maintain and update the database regularly.
  1. Collaboration with Sales Team
  2. Share validated leads for outreach.
  3. Provide insights on high-potential leads.
  4. Build and test marketing workflows, including nurture campaigns and email sequences.
  5. Assist in data preparation for campaigns.

Coordinate email marketing tasks: ensure data enrichment, set up automation with DotDigital & Smartlead, generate reports, and manage multiple brands and audiences.

Provide administrative support to the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Experience in lead generation and data research.
  • Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Phantom Buster, Instant Data Scraper, Prospeo, etc.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with large datasets.
  • Experience with data scraping, enrichment, and lead list building.
  • Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, and CRM tools like Close.
  • Experience building workflows or scheduling communications.
  • Strong analytical and data-handling skills.
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Python and interest in AI and automation tools are a plus.
