Responsibilities

Supervision and Leadership:

• Oversee and direct the work of personnel within their section, ensuring efficient operations and safety.

Production Targets:

• Manage and achieve production targets within the assigned section, optimizing resource allocation and efficiency.

Safety Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, procedures, and protocols within the section.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Problem Solving:

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues within the section, making recommendations for improvement.
• Budget Management:

Manage the budget for their section, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource allocation.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

Communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders within the mine.

Continuous Improvement:

• Implement and monitor ongoing improvements in operational efficiency and safety.

• MMC is essential
• Bachelor Degree in Mining or equivalent
