REQUIREMENTS :
  • A minimum National Diploma (NQF level 6) as recognized by SAQA in office administration, business administration, public management, or relevant field.
  • Experience : Two (2) to three (3) years relevant experience in office administration.
DUTIES :
  • Administrative Services : Manage the diary of the DDG, screen calls, respond to inquiries, provide secretariat services, organize meetings and events, compile attendance registers and meeting agendas, distribute meeting packs, take minutes, manage stationery and equipment supplies, and arrange travel.
  • Branch coordination : Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and service providers; convene meetings; coordinate records management including filing, safekeeping, and archiving.
  • Compliance and Management Reporting : Manage compliance calendar, collate reports, ensure quality checks, source relevant information, and prepare necessary documentation such as letters, submissions, and briefing notes.
  • Budget Administration : Oversee branch and office budgets, assist in funding and procurement planning, maintain expenditure records, and track financial commitments.
