?? What You'll Do:

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise test plans and strategies
• Manage and mentor manual + automation test teams
• Oversee UAT and regression testing across critical financial applications
• Engage business and IT stakeholders for cross-functional testing alignment
• Ensure robust technical testing in SAP, Microsoft Applications, ARIS

? Ask Yourself:

• Have I led software testing teams in complex enterprise environments?
• Can I design end-to-end functional, technical, and UAT test plans?
• Do I have 6+ years in software testing and experience with SDLC-aligned test execution?

? Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science / IS
• ISTQB Foundation Certification (mandatory)
• 6-8 years' experience in software testing and QA leadership
• Experience in test strategy, regression testing, UAT, test automation
• Familiarity with ARIS, SAP, Microsoft enterprise environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
