Qualifications

• Knowledge in Generator, HVAC, UPS, or General Electrician maintenance.

• Manage the infrastructure operation and maintenance team, providing training and assessments.

Job description

Responsible for the daily maintenance and inspection of HVAC, Generators, UPS, and Electrical systems based on checklists and operation guides. Available 24 hours standby to handle emergency issues in the data center. Attend to fault handling and operate data center facilities according to emergency procedures. Responsible for reporting, tracking major events, and organizing, reviewing, and implementing major changes. Be familiar with and monitor the current status of all power guarantee facilities at the project site, including the power requirements of each computer room.

Manage the infrastructure operation and maintenance team, providing continuous training and assessments to ensure team members meet competency requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in electricity, HVAC, automation, or related majors.
• Over 5 years of experience in data center infrastructure construction or operation and maintenance management, especially managing a 24-hour operation and maintenance team of more than 30 people.
• Familiar with the operation and maintenance of data center infrastructure, with the ability to adjust, repair, troubleshoot, and modify room systems.
• Capable of safety assessment and review of transformation plans.
• Knowledge in 2 or 3 domains among Generator, HVAC, UPS, or General Electrician maintenance or deployment.
